Welcome to eSingapore Math! eSingapore Math (thereafter eSM) is owned and operated by iSingapore Math LLC (thereafter iSM). The terms of service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or otherwise use https://esingaporemath.com, https://isingaporemath.com, any eSM and iSM online and/or mobile services, any other iSM websites, and software (collectively, the "Service").
"You" or "your" means a visitor or a user (whether signed in or not) of our Service. Your use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of the terms of service. If you open an eSM or iSM account on behalf of a School, company, organization, or other entity, then "you" includes you and that entity.
Acceptance of terms.
Thanks for using our services. By accessing or using the Service or by clicking a button “I agree,” you shall be deemed to have accepted the terms of our service in full. These terms and conditions apply to the entire contents and services of these websites under the domain names https://esingaporemath.com and https://isingaporemath.com, (thereafter Websites). The terms will also apply to any correspondence by e-mail between you and us. You may access some areas of these websites without registration. In connection with your use of the Service, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this Service or websites.
1. Introduction
eSM and iSM provide its subscribers with a service to help practice mathematics. You agree that the Service is provided "as-is."
eSM or iSM reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time temporarily or permanently. eSM or iSM reserve the right to limit the Service or Websites’ availability to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction we choose. You agree that neither iSM nor any affiliated entity shall be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service or Websites, in whole or in part, or of any service or content offered through the Service or Websites. Your continued use of the Service or Websites after such changes will indicate your acceptance of such changes. You should check these Websites from time to time to review the then current terms of use.
2. Service Access
In order to use the Service, you must obtain access to the Internet. In addition, you must have all equipment necessary to make such connection to the Internet, including a computer and access device.
While eSM or iSM attempt to ensure that the Service and Websites are normally available 24 hours a day, iSM or eSM shall not be liable if, for any reason, the Service or Websites are unavailable for any period of time.
Access to the Service or Websites may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the control of iSM or eSM.
3. Membership and Billing
By starting the Service or your eSM or iSM membership, you agree that iSM is authorized to charge you the membership fee associated with the type of membership (monthly or yearly) you chose during registration. You agree that iSM charges fees in connection with the use of the Service or Websites; modifies or waives any fees charged in connection with the Service or Websites; and offers discounted memberships or other opportunities to some or all subscribers of the Service or the Websites.
Please note that prices and charges are subject to change without notice. Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Your eSM or iSM membership will continue in effect until you cancel your membership. You must cancel your membership before it renews each billing period in order to avoid billing of the next membership cycle. iSM will bill the membership fee at the then-current rate. Membership fees are fully earned upon payment.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your eSM or iSM membership at any time. Cancellation will be effective in 24 to 48 hours. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partially used membership periods. To cancel your membership please send your request via email.
5. No resale of service
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.
6. Termination
You agree that iSM, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account or use of the Service, for any reason. iSM may at its sole discretion discontinue providing the Service with or without notice at any time. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information. You agree that iSM shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.
7. Disclaimer
While iSM attempts to ensure that the Service and information on the Websites are correct, iSM does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the information associated with the Service or any material on the Websites. iSM may make changes to the Service and material on these Website. iSM may make changes to the Service and prices described in it, at any time without notice. The Service and material on these Websites may be out of date, and iSM makes no commitment to update the Service or any material on the Websites. iSM makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely or error free.
The Service and material on these Websites are provided on “as is” and “as available” basis, without any conditions, warranties or other terms of any kind. As such, iSM provides you with the Service and Websites on the basis that iSM excludes all representations, warranties (either express or implied), conditions and other terms, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and the use of reasonable care and skill. No advice or information obtained by you from iSM shall create any warranty not expressly stated in this Terms of Service agreement.
You expressly understand and agree that:
eSM and iSM disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, implied warranties of merchantability.
No advice or information, whether written or oral, obtained by you from eSM or iSM or the Service shall create any warranty or condition not expressly stated in the Terms of Service agreement.
eSM and iSM make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements.
eSM and iSM make no warranty that the Service will be error-free, uninterruptive, secure or timely.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk:
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” basis.
Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at your own risk.
You’ll be solely responsible for any damage to your computer or handheld device that results from the use of the Service or downloading or otherwise obtaining any materials in connection with the Service.
You’ll be solely responsible for any loss of data on your computer or handheld device that results from the use of the Service or downloading or otherwise obtaining any materials in connection with the Service.
8. Liability

Because iSM and eSM have no control over such sites and resources, you agree that iSM does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products, or any other materials that maybe/are available from such sites or resources. You agree that iSM and eSM shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content available on or through any such site or resource.
iSM or any other party involved in creating, producing, maintaining or delivering the Service and Websites, and any of the iSM partners, affiliated companies and the officers, directors, employees or agents of any of them, exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party. You agree that iSM shall not be liable for any kind of direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, and whether in tort (including without limitation negligence) contract or otherwise in connection with the Service or Websites in any way or in connection with the use, inability to use or the results of use of these Websites, any websites linked to these Websites or the material on such websites, including but not limited to loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing these Websites or your downloading of any material from this Websites or any websites linked to these Websites. 9. Ownership of content
You acknowledge and agree that eSM or iSM content or Service content or other materials displayed on the Websites and mobile applications, including text, illustrations, graphics, video, sound recordings, names, logos and trade marks (collectively, Content) are the intellectual property that belongs to iSM. You further acknowledge and agree that the Service and any necessary software including the code comprising or used to operate the Service, functions, tools, and results that are used in connection with the Service ("Software") contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
You further acknowledge and agree that information presented to you through the Service is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by iSM or advertisers, you agree not to copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service or the Software, in whole or in part. Any automated scraping, harvesting, indexing, mining, or any other extraction of any content from the Service is expressly prohibited.
The Service is protected by copyright and other laws in both the United States and elsewhere. Under the terms of this Agreement, it is expressly forbidden to distribute or reproduce the content of the Service or any portion thereof by any means, including but not limited to electronic and print.
